CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Educate customers on the products’ specifications and benefits.
2. Selling products to current customers with high efficiency, commitment and professionalism.
3. Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
4. Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.
5. Monitor the company’s competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand better customers’ specific needs.
6. Write and submit accurate orders.
7. Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client’s requirements.
8. Update client information in the company contact database.
9. Generate sales reports each week and submit them to the line manager who will in turn share them with the management.
10. Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork and quality workmanship.
11. Pay recurrent visits to office (employer’s premises) as per a given schedule.
12. Raise any customers’ complaints and requests according to the hierarchy.
13. Other duties as assigned.
