Quality leader in its field, our company provides high end Coffee, Tea, related machinery and services to our high end clients (ex: Phoenicia hotel, Kempinski, Paul le Boulanger, Crepaway, European Community…)
Work Schedule:
Monday Till Friday 7:30 AM till 5:30 PM.
Location : Gemmayzeh
Responsibilities
- Follows up the technical, training and repair requirements of our clients.
- Manages a team of technical and quality agents.
- Prepares proforma and invoices for repairs and spare parts.
- Organizes installation of our equipment at new clients and follows up on training sessions with the client’s team.
- Performs weekly controls over maintenance services and workshop repairs.
Education + Experience
University Degree or Institute Diploma.
Other Benefits
- At least 3 years experience in an operational role.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel), Pims program is an added value.
- English is a must.
- Non Smoker
