MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement, and manage new projects assigned by Maintenance Manager - Prepare the studies of all the equipment ‘s catalogs related to the production lines whenever needed - Prepare the preventive maintenance programs based on catalog’s studies - Prepare AutoCAD and flowchart drawings for each production line and for all utilities (Fuel tank, diesel tank, water treatment, steam boiler, etc…) - Prepare the training program of each production line based on the catalog’s studies - planning/scheduling all preventive/predictive maintenance (production machinery, power generating equipment, utility equipment, moving equipment, building maintenance including electrical wiring and controls, painting, heating/cooling, and ventilation….) - Analyze data and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems - Assist in the orientation and training of current and new operators on equipment - Assist in the maintenance, implementation, and development of the FSMS (Food & Safety Management System) and all newly adopted certifications - Report weekly to the Maintenance Manager on the maintenance activities - Train the team on all required job tasks and maintenance topics and conduct awareness sessions to all the group when needed - Other duties as assignedEducation + Experience
